ENTERTAINMENT:
 
WALK WITH THE STARS
Lights! Camera! Action! How would you like to walk on the same stage as Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey? Here’s your chance to win a walk-on role on NBC’s award winning comedy “30 Rock.

Restrictions: You are bidding on a non-speaking, “walk-on” role on the television series 30 ROCK (the “Series”). The nature and all details of the walk-on role in which the winning bidder will appear will be determined by the Series’ producers (“Producers”) and NBC Universal, Inc. (“NBCU”) in their sole and exclusive discretion, subject to availability and production exigencies. Winning bidder must be at least 18 years of age and available during the Series’ production schedule, specifically, on the dates selected by Producers and NBCU. If production of the Series is cancelled prior to winning bidder’s walk-on role, NBCU will make reasonable efforts to provide a walk-on role to the winning bidder on another NBCU show filmed in New York. NBCU and Producers are not under any obligation to broadcast or otherwise use the footage of bid winner’s walk-on role and any decision to do so is their sole and exclusive discretion. Winning bidder must sign NBCU’s “Walk On” Appearance Release form before traveling to the set and follow all instructions given by the Producers and NBCU.

LIVE FROM NEW YORK,
IT’S SATURDAY NIGHT

Head over to the legendary studio 8H for a live taping of “Saturday Night Live” (for four) and join the cast and crew at the exclusive after party.

Restrictions: Certificate entitles the recipient to four air tickets to “Saturday Night Live” good from September 2010 to May 2011. Please note that the first, last and Christmas shows are not available. Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted. When the winner requests their tickets, their names will be added to the party list and they will be given the party information the night of the show when they check in.

A SUNNY DAY ON SESAME STREET
This exciting package is made up of three parts: 1.) A visit for four to the set and filming of “Sesame Street” and the chance to meet the Muppets - having your child’s photo taken with a Muppet; 2.) VIP tickets to Sesame Street Live and 3.) An invitation to a Sesame Street family event held at the Sesame Workshop headquarters. These events typically feature children’s crafts, a show from one of our beloved Sesame Street Muppet characters and a photo opportunity with the Muppet. The package also includes an assortment of toys, DVDs and books.

Restrictions for Sesame Street Studio Visit:
TIME OF VISIT: Visits are scheduled to last for approximately 1 hour on weekdays only, either at 10:30am or 2:30pm. SESAME STREET cannot guarantee that any particular character or that all Muppets or cast will be on the set the day of the visit. Please be sure that children visiting the set understand that Big Bird or their favorite character may not be there when they visit. Please note the shooting schedule has not yet been determined, but will most likely take place in the fall 2010/winter 2011 months.
NUMBER OF VISITORS: Visiting groups are limited to two adults and two children.
AGE OF CHILDREN: The producers have requested the absolutely no children under the age of four visit the set.
ON THE SET: Please understand that you will be on the actual set of a working studio. There is no separate audience area. Therefore, we must insist that children are not permitted to roam the studio and that all visitors maintain absolute silence during the actual taping.
APPEARANCE ON THE SHOW: Visit to the studio is granted with the understanding that children visiting the set will not appear on the show. Our shows are written months in advance, and much planning has gone into the segments to be shot on any given day. Please be sure that children visiting the set understand that they will not be in the show.
CAMERAS ON THE SET: Visitors may bring still photo cameras. However, no pictures can be taken during the actual taping. There will be an opportunity for photographs when the cameras are not recording. Also, the producers have requested that visitors do not bring camcorders, as videotaping is not allowed.

Restrictions for Sesame Street Live:
Sesame Street Live is a traveling show that is usually in New York City in February of each year. The exact dates of the New York 2011 showings have not been finalized as of yet. The passes will be provided after the show schedule has been finalized. Please note the VIP passes will be for a showing that is mutually convenient for the auction winner as well as Sesame Street Live.

PRIVATE BEHIND-THE-SCENES TOUR OF THE AMERICAN MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY (FOR 6 PEOPLE)
Be dazzled by a behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum’s treasures – flesh-eating beetles, a coelacanth from the depths of the Indian Ocean, giant squid and a monster lobster shell. Capped off by STARS, the latest space show and a special exhibition of your choice, (ex. Silk Road, The Race to the End of the Earth and the latest IMAX presentation) for up to 6 adventurers.

Restrictions: The behind-the-scenes portion of this package is available only Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm (not on holidays) and is recommended for adults and children 7 or older.  This package could be claimed on two separate days.

Restrictions for Chanel Apartment Visit: Visit to the apartment is subject to change depending on availability. The visit to the apartment will be scheduled for the same day as the Fashion Show, October 5, 2010 in the afternoon, usually around 3pm.

Restrictions for Dinner at La Terrass Mirabeau: Dinner will take place on the evening of the Chanel Fashion Show (October 5, 2010) at La Terrass Mirabeau. Dinner reservation is for two people.

Restrictions for Small Luxury Hotels:

  • Offer is valid between May 24, 2010 and May 23, 2011.
  • The arrangement relates to standard double room accommodation only.
  • It is always subject to availability; (i.e. at the hotel’s discretion. If a booking is requested during a hotel’s peak season, they are entitled to deny confirmation).
  • A maximum of five (5) room nights can be requested per hotel, per stay.
  • A minimum of two (2) weeks notice must be given.
  • All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel.
  • Barter rooms are non-flexible and once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the barter rooms.
  • The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with this offer.
  • Guests who choose to utilize their room nights at an all-inclusive SLH hotel will incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on the property selected.
  • Small Luxury Hotels of the World has the right to update these terms and conditions. The claiming of room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued.

BOXING EXTRAVAGANZA

Restrictions for Yankees tickets: Certain dates cannot be accommodated and accordingly, the two (2) tickets will be provided for a date that is mutually agreed upon between the New York Yankees and the successful bidder/recipient of the tickets.

Restrictions for Mets tickets: Tickets are for the 7:10pm Thursday, August 26th game against the Florida Marlins. Names of guests are required prior to the game for the Diamond Vision Board.

Restrictions for Knicks tickets: Tickets to be redeemed for a home game during the 2010-2011 season. The winner will be given the choice of two games to choose from. Please note the Knicks schedule is not released until August.

Restrictions for Chelsea Piers Membership: Membership must be initiated by November 31, 2010.

If a value has been assigned to a Lot, ordinarily only the amount paid for the lot above the stated value is eligible for a tax deduction.
